| Resumo: | This paper aims to identify the strategies of the incubators of technology-based firms to reduce the institutional and psychological uncertainties that permeate their entrepreneurial action incubated under the perspective of managers of incubators. Thus, we carried out an empirical study of multiple qualitative case with two managers of the incubators, one located in Minas Gerais and the other in the state of Goiás. Nine types of uncertainties present were analyzed in the incubation process. However, the incubators show themselves able to contribute significantly to minimize the influence of just marketing, financial uncertainties and excessive desire for change. |
