Descrição: This research was developed in eucalyptus plantations, in Marliéria and Córrego Novo, in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, with the objective of multivariated analysis applying in the study of human factors related to chainsaw cutting, clustering the chainsaw operators, considering the individual productivity and the envolved human factors. The cluster analysis classified the chainsaw operators in four groups. Thirteen factors were important in clustering the chainsaw operators, among the 20 factors analised. The productivity on the job was a very important factor in the chainsaw operators clustering, because the three most productive chainsaw operators have formed one group and the less one has formed another group.
