Gestão de organizações tríplice hélice: um estudo de escopo

Abstract

Through this study, which consists in a scoping study, we aimed to establish the key aspects of the Triple Helix (TH) management arrengements. The scoping study is a kind of literature review that maps the relevant production in an area of interest. Based on the analysis of papers/articles published in national and international journals, we identified that the cooperation between the participants of the TH, the intellectual property, the management mechanisms of the arrangements, the conflicts of interests between the parties and the role of coordinating innovation institutions are the main themes found in the literature on TH.
