dc.description.resumoO cultivo de plantas oleaginosas tem sido cada vez mais difundido no mundo. A matriz energética para biodiesel, como meio de reduzir a emissão de poluentes derivados de combustíveis fósseis e atender, assim, às exigências do Protocolo de Quioto, demanda, atualmente, várias pesquisas com plantas potencialmente produtoras de óleo, dentre elas, a mamona. A diagnose do estado nutricional pela análise visual, determinada por meio direto, consiste meramente em comparar o aspecto da amostra com o do padrão. Entretanto, é de conhecimento geral que algumas espécies demonstram sintomas de deficiências nutricionais com algumas peculiaridades, às vezes não sendo uma regra um sintoma descrito, para a maioria das plantas. No Brasil, são poucos os estudos envolvendo nutrição mineral da mamoneira, existindo, assim, ainda, muitas lacunas, principalmente no tocante à concentração dos nutrientes nas plantas. Devido à escassez de informações quanto ao efeito dos nutrientes nesta planta, este trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de caracterizar os sintomas visuais e verificar os seus efeitos no crescimento, nos teores e acúmulos nas diferentes partes de mamoneira da cv. Guarani, cultivada em solução nutritiva sob deficiências simples e múltiplas.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoOleaginous plants cultivation has been diffused more and more in the world. Energy source for biodiesel, as way of reducing the emission of pollutant derived of fossil fuels and to assist, like this, the demands of the Protocol of Kyoto, it demands several researches now potentially with plants producing of oil, among those the castor oil plant. The diagnosis of the nutritional state by the visual analysis, determined by direct way, it consists merely in comparing the aspect between simple and standard. However, it is of general knowledge that some species demonstrate nutritional deficiency symptoms with some peculiarities, sometimes not being a rule a described symptom, for the majority species. In Brazil they are few studies involving mineral nutrition of the castor bean, existing like this, still a lot of gaps, mainly concerning the concentration of the nutrients in plants. Due to the shortage of information as the effect of the nutrients in this plant the objective of this work was to characterize the visual symptoms and to verify their effects in the growth, in the concentration and accumulation in the different parts of castor bean cv. Guarani cultivated in culture solution under deficiency simple and multiple.pt_BR
