dc.description.abstractThis article seeks to perceive, from a historical perspective, as the migratory movement in the 1960- 1980 period in Vilhena, Rondônia, region coped with conflicts of occupying a land already occupied. Featuring an initial approach to the educational demands placed. In order to understand this historical-social space, moments are captured that allowed to understand the social, nomadic and economic relations of the period. These reverberated relations in education, formation of the students and in local culture and identity. The research delimited as a bibliographic study, supported by the vision of Freirian awareness of the relationship human/world and account with some regional authors who address the issue of colonization of Vilhena.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoO presente artigo busca perceber, em uma perspectiva histórica, como o movimento migratório ocorrido no período de 1960 a 1980, na região de Vilhena, Rondônia, lidou com os conflitos de ocupar uma terra já ocupada. Faz uma abordagem inicial das demandas educacionais que se punham. Para compreender esse espaço histórico-social, retratam-se momentos que permitiram compreender as relações sociais, nômades e econômicas do período. Essas relações reverberaram na educação, na formação dos alunos, na cultura e na identidade local. A pesquisa delimita-se como um estudo bibliográfico, apoiada pela visão da conscientização freireana da relação ser humano/mundo, e conta com alguns autores regionais que abordam a temática da colonização de Vilhena.pt_BR
