Abstract: This work had as principal objective to show a kind of administrative analysis in according with a cooperative organization, analysing the administrative proceedings adopted for the actual administration, detecting this way, the principal obstacles or conditions that the administrative body has giving to the organization. As the cooperative is a complex organization, it has needing of a sight for a total prism. In this way, whem we try to analyse the administrative proceeds of its administration, we must have a total sight also of its atmosphere, searching by sistemic form all the areas which are pertinents to the organization and not only isolated studies on the or that determinated sector. For treating also of an organization of a content social-economic, where its sucess and functioning as an economic enterprise determines an expansion of its actives and rendered services, it's necessary that it sees the organization as an entreprise economically active and in according with its specific social objectives. For this were made, it was searched all the cooponents united directly to the administration, between them it can find the councelors, the directors, the managers, going until the more basin levels of the attendants of the organization. To complement this searching, were also made analysis of tecnic levels in the many sectors wich constitute the cooperative. With this we obtenned the suficient information to study all its relaction with the external atmosphere and inside of the organization, trough of a sistemic sight. The finded results were that the organization don’t uses all the administrative needing resources to a modern administration, beeing proportionate to a way so archaic, being not able to libertty of the influent traditionalism that perdure in the administration of the country interprises and in this way the development be stagnanted, starting of a determinated point where this administrative positions can be vital. So, it's indispensable that the administrators have a more complete sigth that the actual one, in according with a possibility of a consient development of the organization as a whole. The principal limitations of this work, are because the co-operatives didn't take part in the searcher, staying the work restricted only to the administrative area.
