Resumo: | Objective: Analyze and compare the muscle power of lower limbs in soccer players in under 20 in three distinct moments of a planning of 10 weeks of competition. Methods: The sample was composed of 15 athletes (18 ± 0.86 years; 1.78 ± 0.09 m) participating in the football championship under-20. The evaluations were performed in three distinct moments, being the first, fifth and tenth week of competition. At first, anthropometric assessments were performed (body mass, height, and body fat), soon after the athletes were submitted to the test of Counter Movement Jump (CMJ Results: Were not found significant values (p>0.05) when comparing the three moments of the height of the jump, of absolute and relative power. It can be concluded that the variables analyzed had a decrease between moment 1 and 2, there is an improvement in the moment. Conclusions: In this way, it was possible to identify that a sequence of 2 games in week effects of the power lower limbs in under-20 players. |
