Abstract: The most important impulse behind the expansion of a company is the investment in internationalization. Companies interested in seeking technologies for their companies and more companies to increase internationally. The literature that offers resources for emerging companies is the diversity of markets and the offer of resources for emerging companies. The identity in emerging markets, such as the most important in Latin America, known as multi-se-se, from new strategies of creation of new countries, significantly for the growth of the region. However, it is estimated that, due to the difficulties in the domestic environment, multilatinas seek to increase their Degree of Internationalization in order to balance domestic volatility. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze whether the political risk of the multilatinas' country of origin influences their international activities to expand their activities to other countries and increase their degree of decentralization. To achieve the proposed objective, statistics are used through the multilevel panel data model. The research sample is composed of 62 multi-Latin companies that have internationalized their activities identified by 2019) Review the period observed from 2005 to 2019. In this way, companies seek to expand their activities to countries where they will find lower risks. Furthermore, an important factor for these companies to be able to reach new markets is an international experience, which also positively influenced the degree of internationalization of multi-Latin companies.
