Abstract: The dimensioning process of precast concrete pile foundations lacks computational tools that assist in decision-making based on pre-established data. Thus, in this work, there is the development of software using the object-oriented Pascal programming language, using the Delphi platform, capable of determining the load capacity in piles by three semi-empirical methods: Aoki-Velloso (1975), Décourt-Quaresma (1978) and Teixeira (1996). The load capacity determination and sizing of the piles are based on the outcome of a simple survey of the soil with the SPT (Standard Penetration Test), the characteristics of the piles to be used, and the load acting on the pillars. With this, it becomes possible to obtain a final report, which includes the sizing of the piles, considering the possibility or not of making amendments, and the number of piles necessary per crowning block. The value of the piles per meter is provided, the cost of mobilization and demobilization of the pile driver and equipment, and the value for each weld splice. As a form of validation, two problems described in the literature were solved, and the results were compared and discussed, in addition to a case study of the application of the software in an actual enterprise project.
