| Resumo: | This case report describes the variation of the aortic arch branches in a Santa Ines sheep, found during classroom practice of dissection. After removal of the left lung, heart and aortic arch were dissected, noting that the left subclavian artery was originated directly from this arc. Proximally to it emerged the brachiocephalic trunk, which after originated the right subclavian artery and the bicaroticus trunk. The bicaroticus trunk bifurcated itself on right and left common carotid arteries. |
