| Abstract: | The objective of this study is to describe the technique and application glicerinação in cattle brains, so that they keep up with the appearance of parts "in vivo" give them greater power durability and flexibility, thereby reducing the appearance of fungi and other microorganisms which lead to deterioration of parts, which becomes susceptible employed only when the technique of formaldehyde. Its purpose also facilitate the practical study of anatomy keeping the piece kept similar to the original play, showing structures difficult to visualize rarely seen before by the method of formaldehyde |
