Abstract: This work is a case study aiming to discuss intrapreneurship in the public sector from the logic of the individual intrapreneur's actions, experiences, and skills and provide a reflection on how the intrapreneur can contribute to establishing an organizational culture of intrapreneurship. Its theoretical foundation was based on the approach of skills and behaviors of the intrapreneur. In terms of teaching and learning, it supports training in Public Administration and Management and can link the dynamics of theory and practice. The work is organized into four sections: the introduction, the study case's development, the teaching notes, consisting of the learning objectives, obtaining the case data, the recommended use, the suggested theoretical basis, the teaching plan suggestion, and the discussion and analysis of the case. Finally, in the fourth section, we address the final remarks of the work. The study case showed that the public sector community itself still resists the applicability of intrapreneurship in Public Administration. On the other hand, it showed how intrapreneurial civil servants extrapolate the regular functions of their positions and the mere execution of tasks in search of organizational innovations.
