Abstract: This study aims to reflect on the formative actions for higher education, based on the experiences obtained in the Voluntary Teaching project. For this, we opted fordescriptive research, in the application of a questionnaire with graduates of the Professional Master's in Educationcourse, based on Gil (2010) and Pimenta and Anastasiou (2002) on teaching in higher education; Nóvoa (1997), Freire (1983; 2007) and Imbernón (2011; 2017) on teacher training. The perception of higher teaching is based onthe knowledge and actions developed in teaching practices, becoming a two-way formative movement for undergraduateand master's students.
