| metadata.ojs.dc.description.resumo: | O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar o resultado de um esforço bibliográfico orientado ao desenvolvimento hipotético-conceitual de um modelo de maturidade para processos certificados em sistemas agroindustriais na perspectiva da gestão da cadeia de suprimentos. As variáveis que constituirão este modelo foram especificadas a partir dos atributos relevantes ao processo de acreditação desenvolvido por instituições do SAG do café. Tais atributos estarão distribuídos em diferentes níveis de maturidade. Os atributos do modelo foram selecionados por serem os fatores essenciais contidos nas principais normas de certificação utilizadas na cafeicultura brasileira e por estarem alinhados aos preceitos da abordagem BPO (Business Process Orientation). Acredita-se que por meio deste modelo, será possível verificar qual é o nível da relação entre maturidade dos processos das firmas certificadas e o seu impacto no desempenho organizacional. |
| metadata.ojs.dc.description.abstract: | The objective of this paper is to present the results of a bibliographic effort oriented hypothetical and conceptual development of a maturity model for certified processes in agribusiness systems in view of the of the supply chain management. The variables that constitute this model were specified from the relevant attributes to the accreditation process developed by coffee SAG institutions. Such attributes are distributed at different levels of maturity. The model parameters were selected because they are the essential factors contained in the main certification standards used in Brazilian coffee and are aligned with the requirements of BPO approach (Business Process Orientation). The model allows to analyze the level of the relationship between process maturity of certified firms and its impact on organizational performance. |
