Regionalização da lâmina suplementar de irrigação e época de semeadura do milho no estado de Goiás e Distrito Federal

Abstract

This paper aimed to estimate irrigation additional level and definition planting better time for corn in the summer, middle season and winter in Goiás State and Distrito Federal. The irrigation additional level was estimated by DEMANDA software, using for that the climatic database of National Institute of Meteorology – INMET. The definition planting better time for corn, considering the irrigation additional level it allowed a reduction average in water quantity total demand being applied in summer, middle season and winter plantings of 76, 62 and 34%, respectively. The planting dates and the estimated irrigation additional level for the climatic stations used in this study were located allowing the generation of thematic maps that will serve of orientation for irrigation systems projectors and farmers.
