Resumo: This work had the objective ofidentifying communication practices of the interferers in the intervention actions directed to three small rural producers associations in Japonvar, North of Minas Gerais (Appramigos, Apport and Aprocam). And ifthese actions would have a prescriptive or reconnecting form and ifthe results of these processes wouldallow the inclusion of the "sertanejos" as very poor in local development projects. A qualitative approach was used, having as reference the interpretative paradigm and as main theoretic basis the theoryofcommunicative action, to discussthe perception ofthe actors involved in the intervention processes, their communicative flows, their presuppositions and actions. A multi-case study was carried out, obtaining information through interview script, documental analysis and from observation. These data were triangulated and analyzed through reduction of their meanings and by the construction of assertions articulated in the speeches produced by the actors involved in the intervention processes. The results led to the perceptionthat the interventions directed to Appramigos and Apport, that have as main interferer the Banco do Nordeste do Brasil, were characterized by the intervention form based on prescriptive presuppositions, in a tutorial and non dialogic communication. These interventions are known in Japonvar as the BNB's black cow project. These actions made the permanence of the "sertanejos" in these development projects significantly more difficult. On the other hand, the interventiondirected to Aprocam, articulated mainly by EMATER and the local City Hall, was characterized by an effort to connect local and technical knowledge, through a dialogic and educational communication, establishing conditions that are more favorable for the entrance of the "sertanejos" in the local development projectof industrial utilization of the "pequi".
