Resumo: An organization’s capability to set up and properly manage business operations is seen as a key factor in promoting flexibility and agility, which directly impacts organizational performance. Such a capacity passes directly through business process management (BPM). In the quest for technological support for business processes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) has become one of the most commonly used tools to promote interdepartmental integration, create unified information flows, reduce redundancy, and increase connections between the different areas involved in business organizations. Therefore, this study aimed to apply BPM methodology on an industrial organization’s processes in order to automate them through an ERP system. After the BPM stages were applied, many process bottlenecks were identified and treated, thus improving the developed activities and providing the company with more organized and concise information to assist in the development of business goals.
