O trabalho para pessoas com deficiência: uma discussão preliminar sobre diversidade, poder, minoria e deficiência

Abstract

Contemporary society and recent organizational discourses highlight the importance of diversity in the work environment. Recently, national and international studies regarding this matter have increased. This way, the intent of this article is to reflect about the dimensions that surround the concept of diversity, more specifically people with disabilities (PwDs), with an introductory discussion about power and identity. It aims to associate the issue of identity construction of each individual, diversity and minority. Finally, we presented a few suggestions for further research.
