Resumo: Changing in productive system that comes mainly from productive reestructuration process experiment the adoption of new management technologies, being one of them quality management programms. In this way, there's a rearengement of working system, emerging new elements which reconfigures new relationships in works in the organizational area. However, there are counterpoints between scientific speechs and management ones near beneficts and involvements in deployment of quality management systems in organizations. Critical studies are inserted in this context, with the objective of inducing various facets of these new management technologies which don't exist in tradicional organizational theory. The objetive of this work was to discuss the principles of quality management considering as forms of ideological control. The analytical frame was based in principles: 1. focus on clients, 2 - leadership, 3 - people involvement, 4 - approach in process and systemic approach to management, 5 - continuous improvement, 6 - factual approach in judgment and 7 - mutual beneficts with suppliers. It was tried to show what cannot be said through organizational speechs. This way, it is intended to contribute to critical studies, in the same time that to organizational praxis questions.
