Abstract: This research is based in the historical field of cultural representations, whose study object is two migratory spaces: the Inconfidentes Colonial Nucleus and the Visconde de Mauá Agricultural Patronage, as objective seeking the local identity. This study also helps in understanding the migrant culture as an objective of the Brazilian Republican Public Policy to leverage the agrarian economy, where the Minas Gerais south region, in Ouro Fino city will implant the Inconfidentes Colonial Nucleus. This space thinking and designed becomes an important center of agricultural supply that will receive eleven European ethnicities plus Brazilian, social occasion that promote the transfer of the Visconde de Mauá Agricultural Patronage. In this way, we verified that it was important to rescue this micro history to analyze if the migratory process of the Inconfidentes Colony was a differential in the composition of the cultural diversity of this colony in order to valorize the local identity by the different generations. Therefore, in order to interpret the history, memory and culture of this Agrarian Center, we made a cut from 1910 to 1930. The bibliographical and historical documentary were important in the investigation, among them, the primary documents form the main basis of this research. They are: the periodicals from Ouro Fino Gazeta; Collections from the D. Catarina Blessa Garcia family with a video recorded by the immigrant; Laws and Decrees related to the period; photographs; Works: “Trem de Manobra” by Canon Augusto José de Carvalho (1982); “A diocese de Pouso Alegre no Ano Jubilar de 1950” organized by Canon João Aristides de Oliveira; "Páginas de Uma Longa Vida" by Aureliano Leite (1966); "Correspondência de Bueno Brandão" by Guerino Casasanta (1958); book of the author Guimarães (2010) entitled "Inconfidentes a terra que me viu nascer". The research methodology was based on a qualitative approach, theoretical-bibliographical perspective and historical-documentary. The main authors referenced are facilitators in the development of scientific research based on New History, so that we can interpret data from past experiences broadening our historical orientation. They are: Bosi (1983), Certeau (1998), Chartier (1990), Le Goff (1990), Perrot (1989), Rüsen (1997) and identity by Ribeiro (1995). The data set and historical narratives allowed us to reach some conclusions, such as agriculture being the main factor of Inconfidentes Colonial Nucleus formation and the same that join immigrants and migrants. We identified through memory specific characteristics of the local cultural practices being represented in a plural way, both of immigrants in the Inconfidentes Nucleus daily life, as the students composing the Visconde de Mauá Agricultural Patronage scholarly daily life. We also find in the fragments of these historical memories that both the European immigrants and the national like migrants, students from Patronage were pioneers in the locality with their work force. Finally, we conclude that the memory is an important apparatus for history, making visible the plurality and cultural complexity strengthening the groups' identity.
