Abstract: The cultivation of grapes in southern of Minas Gerais state is a culture still in expansion which demand several researches for help in it‟s development. Is an activity that‟s consolidation due the quality of it‟s products in principally the wine, with highlighting the Syrah cultivate, that‟s showed the best adaptation of edafoclimatic conditions. Thus, the knowledge of microbial terroir is of fundamental importance due the already known beneficial effects of microorganisms in relation both the wine production as in plants cultive. In special the bacteria show important actuation in these context, as in malolatic fermentation, phytohormones production, volatile compunds production and micotoxins degradation. Thus, the present work had as objective characterize the bacterial terroir of grape wines, through the isolament and identification of cultivated microorganisms and metagenomic analyze, utilizing the new generation sequence for identification. The date were analyzed by principal component, showing that bacteria identified in metagenomic showed a uniformed distribution in two vineyard. Being the main phylum identified as Fusobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bactereoidetes, Firmicutes, Fusobacterias and Proteobacterias, in relation the species that showed the major predominance in vineyard 1 was Fusobacterium sp. and Streptococcus sp. and for vineyard 2 Lactobacillus salivarius and Rothia aeria. Thus, with the present work, one can identify as in a presentation of the vineyards, those that are responsible for having bacterial, and interfere in the quality of the wines and, consequently, in the processes of denomination of origin.
