| Abstract: | The study analyzed the influence of family social capital, in learning processes , innovation and change in family businesses . We used exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling . Observed a positive relationship between the presence of social capital and the degree of innovation , learning and change in family businesses studied. Confirmed the positive relationship the effects of learning and change in entrepreneurial family businesses. It was not found positive relationship between the pursuit of innovation and entrepreneurial family businesses. The study contributes to the field of family businesses because it explores relationship of family social capital with learning , innovation and change. |
