Abstract: This text aims to record and build a reflection on prints, souvenirs and memories of people who were literate read by Cartilha Caminho Suave, in the school context and school not. To this end, we conducted a field research, having as documentary sources, semi-structured interviews and postings about the Cartilha Caminho Suave, available on social network Facebook. This work marked by the perspective of Cultural history has as its main interlocutors: Roger Chartier about the representations and Michael de Certeau, in the discussion about memory, among other authors that dialogue with the theme. The interviews and the posts have sharpened the production of good and pleasant memories, by the Act of narrating mobilized in sociability networks culturally situated affective. Cartilha Caminho Suave can be considered a cultural object, for the child, embodies the myth of initiation to the Scriptural and society allows her to move to the time of your childhood, the coexistence with people and places ones (parents, teacher).
