Abstract: Introduction:The aim of the study was to verify the interference of stretching protocols in the neuromuscular parameters.Materials and Methods: The study included 15 healthy, physically active women, who were evaluated in the half-squat exercise, in the parameters: maximal voluntary contraction (MVC), surface electromyography (EMG) in the Vastus Medialis (VM), Vastus Lateralis (VF) and Rectus Femoris (RF), and the EMG / KGftotal relationship. The volunteers underwent a knee flexion stretch, and had 4 sustaining times No stretching (NS), 10", 30 "and 60" seconds, a randomization of the supports was observed and a 72-hour interval between each stretching time and the performance of neuromuscular tests. The statistical analysis used the Shapiro Wilk test to verify the distribution of the sample and the Anova of Repeated Measures to verify the behavior of the variables between the stretching. Results:It was not possible to identify significant differences in the MVC between lift times. In the variable EMG it was possible to identify significant differences in the VM between the NS and 30 ", and the NS and 60", in addition to 10 "and 30".Conclusion:It can be concluded that the proposed stretching stimuli do not affect neuromuscular parameters studied, but stimuli in the 30s and 60s seem to bring better results in strength. While in future proposals must be sought in the intensity of stretching is controlled, for their effects on neuromuscular quantifications.
