| Resumo: | This paper aims to present some of the most remarkable criminal models these days, displaying how they were developed, and the questionings they´ve produced and also that they had to deal with. This study tackles recent movements as well as the historical evolution of the Criminal Law Theory in the Roman-german tradition, in order to show the implications that existis between them, and the need to be aware of them all, só that ít becomes possible to keep on developing the criminal system. |
