Abstract: The use of adhesives of petrochemical origin in gluing wood panels is of interest due to its non-renewable origin and formaldehyde emission. The use of natural adhesives based on tannins is an option and the addition of lignin nanoparticles in its composition can improve its properties. With this, we will evaluate the effect of the addition of different products (from tannin-based adhesive nanostructures from Stryphnodendron adstringens Mart.) Coville to that of compensated components. The contents of condensed tannins, the Stiasny index and the non-tannins content of tannins from the cascades of Stryphnodendron adstringens were determined. The nanostructures were made using the lignin mechanical process Superscoloider Mas Sangyo MKCA-2. The formulated additives are based on 37% solids, 3% formaldehyde and 60% water. The tannins consisted of 37%, 36%, 35% and 34% and 1, 2 and 3% nanolignin. Plywood with rubber tree blades (Helâminas de lamina brasiliensis L) were 10 kg, with a dimension of 30 cm x 30 cm, specify 10 min of pressure pressure.cm-2 min at a temperature of 150ºC. Adding nanolignin in the 2 and 3%u promotions to reduce the price of the adhesives. The characteristics similar to all mechanical components are compensated with phenol-formal from features designed for all and the results similar to those bonded with phenol-formal.
