Abstract: In the current educational context, immersed in digital media, teaching practice requires new adaptations and innovations in order to promote the quality of the teaching and learning process. In this sense, the teacher's role is fundamental with regard to motivation, guidance and mediation for the achievement of the student's knowledge. Given this, this study aims to emphasize the relevance of teacher training so that digital resources are instruments of contribution to the teacher's pedagogical practice in their classes. For this the reflection of the theme, it is proposed the analysis of a research carried out with teachers who work in basic education in public and private schools, located in the Campo das Vertentes region. For data collection, a public opinion survey was carried out with unidentified participants. Therefore, this article is about qualitative exploratory research, Sampieri, Collado and Lucio (2013). A self-completed questionnaire was used asynchronously through the Google Forms application. The theoretical support consisted of studies referring to the use of repositories for teaching work, such as Tarouco et al (2014), Malheiros (2014) in conjunction with authors who discuss teaching practice, such as Tardif (2014), Alves; Bortoluzzi (2018) among others. The results indicate, on the one hand, that the use of resources such as books, blackboard, chalk and recreational activities in physical environments were part of teaching practice during remote teaching. On the other hand, the study highlighted that the use of digital resources is a “sine qua non” condition for teaching practices in times of pandemic.
