Abstract: The presente paper presents data on the origin and distribution of the brachial plexus in the species in question. We used ten specimes of the plated perez mouse from hit and killed by fisch farmers in the region Palotina – PR. These specimens were sent to the anatomy lab, where they were fixed in aqueous 10% formaldehyde. The origin of the braquial plexus Myocastor coypus is composed of segmental spinal cord, intervertebral spaces of the cervical vertebrae (C6, C7 and C8) and thoracic vertebra (T1), yielding three main trunks.
