Resumo: This article analyses school education from the perspective of nietzschian tragedy and has as its focus academia work. The issue that oriented this investigation was knowing if it is possible to apply the conception of Nietzsche tragedy to the office of “teaching”, with the real working conditions experienced by the teachers of Base Education as background. As objectives for the development of this paper, was propositioned interpreting the teacher‟s work and the curricular production as a tragic experience according to nietzschian conception and target a perspective to overcome and fortify “teaching” according to the aesthetic perception. The justification for treating the theme in this perspective is due to the perception of a feeling of resignation and disbelief observed in the speech and behavior of several educators in the face of adversities met in the practice of the profession. The exploratory investigation followed the interpretive method and had as reference some of the philosopher‟s work according to which was considered that it is possible to think of “educating” as aesthetic experience and, it is believed that this is the path to the change and strengthening of the spirit of those who, through the will of potency, live the tragic condition school educative processes.
