| Abstract: | Since the beginning of the new global economic crisis, in 2008, the work of Karl Polanyi returned to be prominent. This paper examines to what extent the polanyian work contributes to enlighten the contemporary crisis and offers possible solution for it. This discussion is made since, mainly, the attempt of update the Polanyi’s thesis undertaken by Nancy Fraser. |
