| Resumo: | The first book of Capital is a critic exposition of the logical operating of the capitalist’s process, process that mold the occidental modern society. Starting with the category of commodity, which is the “elementary form” of capitalist society, but at the same time also the most abstract category, which is the less determined, Marx unfolds the other categories essential to the capitalist process such as value, abstract labor, capital, among others, in order to reproduce conceptually the capitalist reality, i.e., to reconstruct and make intelligible the object of his theory. |
