| Abstract: | The management of forests implanted based on precision forestry facilitates decision-making because it offers greater availability of information designed to reduce losses, increase profits and maintenance of environmental quality. The precision forestry is essential to achieve greater efficiency in use of edaphic, water and biological resources, and the use of services and inputs. This review reports the use of precision forestry in the forestry sector, highlighting its various applications and consequences. |
