Análise interpretativa do processo de orientação dos produtores rurais cooperados e não-cooperados de duas cooperativas situadas nas zonas fisiográficas Sul e Alto Jequitinhonha do Estado de Minas Gerais

Abstract

This research >ras made analyzing questionnaries from seventeen coope rator and sixteen no. cooperator including Coo perative of Gouveia área located in the Alto of Jequitinhonha region, Minas Gerais State, and a sample of tvrenty four cooperators and 28 no.cooperators from the "Cooperativo Sul Mineira" área, a false name for a Cooperativo located in the South of Minas Gerais with the purpose to combine the meaning thad such people give to tie cooperativo as a means in order to solve tho problems related to their rural enterprises activities development. The orientation process from the rural producer rplated to a cooperative was made by a worked model from the theories references about a social action. The variants used to analyze the orientation proc ess were : - The rural producers needs that is, factors that from ther-rural producer view are considered barriers to the devej. o]>ment of their catle raising and so, must be solved. Foaroal Orientation vith a colective purpose-The producers visualize the cooperative as an instrument and defensor of the group interest. - The formal Orientation vi th the individual pur pose. - The cooperative as a means of satisfaction of the indivi- |iual economics objectives. - Unformal Orientation - it is an orientation that visualize the cooperative as a means that other people handle to isatisfy personal or a group objectives. For exemple - their self promotion. - Institutional Orientation - The orientation from some interviewers is that the only solution for their problems is the intervénsion of the public sector. Although these statistic results, the methodology used in this research accentuated the importance of considerating i:he possible influences of the enviommental factors about the cooperative, showing the dimensions to be analysod in the futuro about cooperativism, mainly the formal as a cooperative about the remaninder traditions of a social system.
