Abstract: The strawberry crop is grown in several countries around the world, being popular due to its color, aroma, flavor and bioactive properties, and it has been gaining more and more significance in the Brazilian economic scenario. However, studies in such culture in the country are still scarce. Thus, it is important to research the mineral nutrition in the strawberry crop have been done, in which will contribute to a better knowledge about this crop. The present work aims to evaluate the development, production and post-harvest quality of the strawberry crop as a function of the interaction between nutrients N and S. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse in the Department of Soil Science of UFLA, Lavras-MG. The experiment began on April 2015, during 7 months. A DIC, with factorial system 3x5, corresponding to three doses of S (0, 30 and 60 mg dm-3) and five doses of N (0, 30, 60, 90 and 120 mg dm-3) using as a source of the agricultural gypsum nutrients and urea labeled with the 15N isotope, respectively. Seedlings of the cultivar Albion were used. The production characteristics and nutritional contents are influenced by the nitrogen and sulfated fertilizations, varying according to the studied characteristic. Fresh matter of fruits, N and S contents and accumulation of S in the aerial part of the plant are influenced by N and S interaction. The physicochemical properties of the fruits, with the exception of titratable acidity are also influenced by the interaction between N and S.
