| Abstract: | This study aimed to assess the financial management policy Cielo, after the IPO, checking their financial statements as well as their economic and financial ratios. This quantitative research analyzed the liquidity indicators, debt, profitability, activity and market value. It was found that the financial management policy Cielo is consistent with the disclosed strategies. Indicators demonstrate a change in the capital structure of the company justified by its investments in innovation strategy. However, despite undergo changes with regard to capital structure and financial leverage, financial management policy shown consistent. |
