| Abstract: | The public administration of small and medium cities has, as a permanent challenge in education issues, to look for the universalization of access and to pursue everchanging, higher quality standards. A social program of cultural and sport activities may offer motivation and social cohesion to youths as it allows communication and reproduction of human values, central elements in education. We report successful results of this combination of art and sport activities that are economically feasible and an alternative choice for public investment in education. |
