Abstract: This work was conducted in the southern region of Minas Gerais, an important potato producing region in Brazil, to evaluate the response of genotypes to doses of formulated fertilizer. For this study, seven potato genotypes and three doses of 04-14-08 fertilizer formulated were used. Four experiments were carried out in different locations and seasons covering the main planting seasons. The tests were conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications and evaluated for yield and tuber quality. It was observed that for most genotypes there was no benefit in increasing the dose of fertilizer from 2 to 4 t ha–1 for both the characters and for the production of tuber quality. At the rate of 2 t ha–1 genotypes showed higher efficiency of fertilizer use. Some individuals showed responsiveness to increasing the dose of fertilizer for tuber yield. It was concluded that each genotype responds differently, but the rate of 2 t ha–1 shows better cost benefit ratio.Resposta de genótipos de batata de uso doméstico e indústria a doses de fertilizante formuladoResponse potato genotypes of domestic use and industry to doses of fertilizer formulated Guilherme Henrique Martins Rodrigues Ribeiro1*César Augusto Brasil Pereira Pinto2Marcio Lisboa Guedes2Izabel Cristina Rodrigues de Figueiredo3Carolina Mariane Moreira4Cláudio Carlos Fernandes Filho2
