| Abstract: | In the south of Minas Gerais there is a great diversity of habitats that determine an important alternation of species between different vegetation types. The conservation of these areas is relevant to the preservation of associated fauna, especially for the group of marsupials, which shows potential for bioindication and environmental restoration. The current study analyzed three slopes with different climate and vegetal characteristics from Chapada das Perdizes, aiming to present a preliminary list of the composition of marsupials occurring in the southern of Minas Gerais state. |
