Estratégia empresarial e sua influência na variação patrimonial de empresas rurais: um estudo de casos

Abstract

This research is one study of two cases over an adoption of different types of strategy and results that those gave during 40 years. It was used an interview with two businessman in the agribusiness in one county. The interview were analysed and written down right after the interview. In those analyse were qualitatives techniques. The mainly conclusions were: ambiental condictions adopted estrategies identical: the differents types of strategy adopted gave significativaly influency in the patrimonial variables of the business, there was patrimonial variation in function of strong and weak points joined to high gerency; adopting one casual driving strengh and defining objetives and strategies for each period of time on ambiental situation.
