Abstract: Sense is one of the keywords in the work of Garfinkel one of the main precursors of ethnomethodology. In that approach the actions must have felt, or meaning, so happen to be recognized by the members in a situation - sense making. Thus the ethnomethodological approach is presented as an important tool in the pursuit of such knowledge. Following the precepts of systematic review, this study in databases of recent studies in web management and related areas that have approached and used ethnomethodology as a methodological tool. From the online search of ethnomethodology and ethnomethodology keywords in databases CAPES journals , SciELO , Web of Knowledge and Scopus , after several studies that screened composed the table that was to present an objective and clearly the methodology of how they were included related . The set of articles shows the versatility of ethnomethodology theme, from applications in robotics to discuss learning in organizations. This work reinforce the socially constructed reality is present in everyday life. Finally, ethnomethodology emerges as a tool for understanding social constructions that underlie communication.
