| Resumo: | This article aims to identify the profile of the social manager in Brazil. Therefore, this paper brings up the discussions raised about the definition of the term in working Cançado, Pereira, Tenorio (2013), as well as their space to spread in order to answer the main question: what is the profile of the social manager and how it is formed in the academic or Community? The identification of the social manager profile may help to elucidate the concept of social management as a basis for research and extension work. Methodologically, this work is not meant to develop the overview of scientific literature on social management, but to characterize the profile of the social manager present in the texts published in this area. It is concluded that the formation of the social manager is a community and is not conditioned on an academic background. This training is related to predicate nouns and intrinsic to the manager. |
