| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to investigate the factors that caused, in the Accontancy's view, the discontinuity of brazilian's companies. Based on results of previous studies on mortality, they were raised 51 assertive called factors causing discontinuity. Data were collected through structured questionnaires to a random sample of 52 Accontancy. Were conducted pre-tests and tests of internal reliability of the data, reaching significant levels. We find 15 empirical factors that explained the reasons for the discontinuance of the sample. |
