| metadata.artigo.dc.description.resumo: | A ação do homem sobre o meio ambiente é tão antiga quanto a sua própria história. Desde muito tempo vem-se utilizando os recursos naturais como fonte de vida. Depois de tanto tempo de escravização da natureza, o homem começou a sofrer as consequências dos seus atos, como o surgimento de doenças provenientes de seu uso inadequado. Surgem, a partir deste momento, normas para disciplinar a conduta humana quanto à proteção ambiental e consumo racional dos recursos naturais. O presente trabalho analisou a evolução da legislação ambiental no Brasil, com o intuito de facilitar o entendimento da proteção e conservação dos recursos naturais. O estudo da proteção ambiental no Brasil foi dividido em períodos distintos que caracterizam a sua história, período do Brasil Colônia, Império e Republicano, sendo este subdividido em mais três tópicos: Período de Evolução, Consolidação e Aperfeiçoamento do Direito Ambiental, sendo este o que trata das normas após a CF/88. |
| metadata.artigo.dc.description.abstract: | Man’s action on the environment is as old as his own history. Natural resources have been for a long time as source of life. After enslaving nature for so long, the man began to suffer the consequences of his acts, such as the diseases that arise as consequences of the inadequate use of the environment. At this moment, normas to discipline the human conduct regarding environmental protection and the rational consumption of the natural resources arise. The present research analyzed the evolution of the environmental legislation in Brazil, aiming at facilitating the understanding of the protection and conservation of the natural resources. The study was segmented in different periods according to Brazilian History: Colonial, imperial and Republican periods, being the last one subdivided in three sub-periods: Evolution, Consolidation and Improvement of the Environmental Right, being this last one concerned to the legislation after the Federal Constitution of 1988. |
