Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the scientific position and discuss the main determinants of successful implementation and management of agroforestry agroforestry systems eucalyptus clones implanted in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais. To do this, through descriptive methodology, this paper highlights the main feature of these systems, the main aspects of the multiple uses of eucalyptus agroforestry systems, analyzes the results of research showing phytotechnical crop yields and silvicultural in intercropping eucalyptus agroforestry systems in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais and the economic viability of the same. Finally, we present briefly the main requirements for the success of agroforestry systems with eucalyptus.
