| Abstract: | In the present article, a review of the scope was carried out by searching the Web of Science and SciELO databases, and 33 articles were found. For the data analysis, only 10 articles were selected, which were more pertinent to the subject investigated. Thus, the results pointed out the importance of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial action for the public and private sectors, since in the public sector, the phenomena are aimed at optimizing resources and improving service delivery; already in the private sector, are directed to the best development of the companies, perception of risks, use of opportunities and threats of the market. |
