Resumo: Agriculture is one of the oldest activities developed by man and, this evolution reached the high point of technology in agriculture 4.0 through the combination of nanotechnology, biotechnology, and information technology. World agriculture is challenged to ensure food security, providing food, fiber, clean energy, and plant nutrition in a sustainable way, especially in the development of new materials and technologies that prioritize the reduction of environmental impacts. The great demand generated by the needs of the planet, demands adjustments from the market in relation to the environmental issue and, therefore, the use of biodegradable materials, controlled release and soil water control emerge as an alternative for the elaboration of these new products.Through this study, we developed a nanostructured material with biodegradable behavior and encapsulating agricultural inputs for the slow and controlled release process throughout the material's degradation. In addition, this material has potential as a soil moisture retention agent, by reducing the rate of water evaporation. The material's production technique is highly efficient, low cost, with flexibility between continuous and staggering production, and easy to apply. The SBS can be adjusted to make a range of materials using numerous combinations. This thesis was divided into 3 chapters and, in the annexes, the step by step of the methodology used for the preparation and characterization of materials were detailed, in addition to the biodegradation standards. In chapter 1, we introduce the themes of agriculture 4.0, SBS biodegradation, controlled release, and the PBAT and PVP polymers. The second chapter was permeated by the article, mediated by the elaboration of nanofibrous blankets from polymers with biodegradable potential, using the emerging technology of solution blow spinning. The materials were developed, characterized and studied in relation to the biodegradation time, using a Bartha respirometer, in addition to the production of materials with Indaziflan (Alion) for germination test in brachiaria decumbens. In chapter 3, we present the academic-scientific productions, such as the participation in the publication of a Springer book chapter; a patent already filed, on the production of nanofibers for the controlled release of agricultural inputs; participation in a previously published article on thermokinetic analysis of sulfonated Kraft lignin with urea formaldehyde and; an article in submission, on statistical studies of the parameters of nanofiber production by SBS. We also present our participation in the Call Grafeno, notice 01/2020 CNPQ/MCTI/SEMPI, which started the development of a product (MVP) for the slow release of fertilizers with increased efficiency in the production of flowers and the proposal to initiate a startup.
