Resumo: Freudian thinking certainly counts among feminism's own conditions of possibility. The thesis of human originary bisexuality is fundamental for that matter because it serves as a starting point for the idea that sexuation results from a process, results from a process of becoming. Not being given once and for all, as if it were something natural, it can be understood both in its disruptive factor in relation to a series of constrictions traditionally and ideologically linked to the biological organism, and in the historical possibilities it carries within it in what concerns the very construction of the human. But, on the other hand, we cannot neglect the fact that Freud's latest considerations on feminine sexuality present unacceptable theses. Among them, let us remember that Freud places women in the countercurrent of civilization by maintaining that we would be less capable of sublimation and that we would have a weaker Superego. The purpose of the paper is to show in detail how Freud weaves his theses about feminine inferiority, without diminishing their tone, without concealing them and, at the same time, trying to show how they produce their own traps, that is, trying to highlight the occasions when Freud's argument simply cannot be sustained, being heldhostage in a non-marginal way by his own prejudices.
