Abstract: This work aims to raise information on the strategic management of a service provider in the food industry. Aiming to analyze and diagnose their strategies, making a direct relationship with their mission, vision and values, analyzing their position in the market and identifying a pattern of their actions, knowing that strategic management aims to raise information that makes the company competitive in the market, its threats, opportunities and available resources. In addition, the study was characterized as a descriptive research, exposing the relevant strategic points of the company. Thus, it was observed that the company stands out for the standardization of its processes, supplier loyalty policy and predetermined management with employee training.
