| Resumo: | This article aims to describe the organization of production and how workers are qualified and coordinated in a dairy company in the mesoregion of Alto Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, which is located in the city of Rio Paranaíba. Therefore, the study was characterized as a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Here, the results of the surveys carried out through the visit to the company are shown, being presented how the processes are carried out in the different sectors of the industry, analyzing theorganization and management of this. The work also deals with an analysis of the importance of milk in Brazil and for its economy. The study also highlights the mechanization and innovations that the company seeks to use, as these factors are essential for achieving better performance in the Brazilian market. |
