Abstract: The research aims to analyze an industrial solid waste (ISW), from the steel production in Municipality of Divinópolis in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, with emphasis on the environmentally sound disposal and management of waste from building waste (BW) built with steel ISW. The analysis of the leaching was conducted and solubilization of trace elements in fly ash from steel enterprises, which confirms the classification of this waste as a class I, as the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (BATS) due to hazardous due to its toxicity, from the high concentration of Pb in the leachate Mn and extract the solubilized extract, indicating the insertion bioaccumulative metals which bring negative environmental impacts and damage to human health, from the steel ISW what becomes worrying before a state scenario characterized by management Environmental inadequate in steel ISW.
